SHIPPING, RETURNS, & EXCHANGES
We understand that not everything you purchase will work out. We will gladly accept unworn, unwashed or damaged merchandise for exchange or return within 40 days from the shipping date. Customers are responsible for paying for the cost of shipping of all returns and exchanges.
- Any items that have been worn or used or have blemishes/deodorant/pet hairs/ or any marks or damage or returned in a condition we deem unacceptable will not be accepted or subject to additional fees.
- Please send back items with the original packaging. If the original tags on the products are removed, you will only receive store credit, no refunds.
- Original shipping costs will not be refunded.
- If your exchange cannot be completed due to unavailable stock or a different item is requested, a refund will be issued.
- Please allow up to 5 business days for processing. You will receive an email from us once your exchange or return is processed.
- All final sale items are not eligible for exchange or return.

If you are an International, FPO, or APO Customer, please use your own pre-paid label to ship the items back to the United States. Please include a note in the package detailing who you are and if you would like to receive store credit or issue a refund to original payment method.

SHIPPING
Orders are processed within 2-3 business days and are shipped from Tulsa, OK via USPS, UPS, or DHL. The shipping time is typically 1-5 business days, depending on your region and what shipping rate you choose. However, please allow more processing time for orders placed during our special promotions and holidays.
Express Priority Mail: Express Mail orders will ship out the next business day. Typical delivery is 1-2 business days according to the USPS. All Express packages are covered with Insurance, this may require signature for delivery.
Free shipping for orders $125 or over (after discounts and codes) are for orders shipped to US addresses only.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
It is the sole responsibility of the recipient (customer) to pay for all duties and taxes at the time of delivery. All orders are shipped DAP.
For International shipping, we offer USPS Priority Mail International (typically 4-7 business days), and USPS First Class Mail International (typically 14-21 business days) and DHL.
- Orders shipped via First Class Mail are not insured by USPS and have limited tracking. Iron Rebel is not responsible for lost or stolen packages and all claims must be processed with the USPS.
- Orders shipped via Priority Mail are insured by USPS have tracking from our warehouse to your doorstep.
LOST/STOLEN PACKAGES
Iron Rebel is NOT responsible for lost or stolen packages. Orders shipped via Priority Mail (not First Class or Free Standard Shipping) provide up to $50 insurance in the event the USPS loses/damages your order, and you can contact them with your tracking number to get reimbursement.
However, Priority Mail does not include insurance. If package is stolen after delivery, there is no recourse. Customer is responsible for filing all claims.
In the event an order is returned to us, customer is responsible for reshipment of package due to insufficient address, wrong number, etc..
